About Todd Hatley

  • Prior to his role as CEO for IPS, Todd was the Chief Operating Officer of HealthAnalytics.

  • He served at the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine as well as the Executive Director of the North Carolina Prehospital Medical Information System (PreMIS).

  • His background includes clinical practice in rural, urban and air medical environments as well as healthcare training, performance improvement and administrative positions.

  • His formal education includes an Associates degree in Emergency Medical Services (EMS), a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, and dual Masters degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration.

  • He is a Certified Quality Manager with the American Society for Quality. He was trained as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt under Blanton Godfrey – one of the co-founders of the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and former CEO of the Juran Institute.
