Question For Our Sweet-Billing And
Sweet-Field Data Customers

Recently, I sat down to review our Sweet
software lineup and the various modules offered. One Sweet-Billing module,
EZ Review, in particular stood out in the list as a module that saves hours
in workflow processes and would easily pay for itself.
I like to describe this module as ‘an interactive report’. How many times
have you or someone else in your service printed off a report and then sat
down at a desk and began the time-consuming process of looking up the
accounts from the report. Perhaps you can picture it; a ruler in one
hand and a pen in the other hand. Then, tediously moving the ruler down the
page, moving to the computer to look up the account, review/modify/change
the account, pick up a pen and mark off the account on the paper. Then move
the ruler down the page and start the process again. Heaven forbid if you
loose that paper because then you begin the process again from the beginning
to see where you left off.
The EZ Review module eliminates this time-consuming and cumbersome process.
There is no need for a printed report and a process of checking off each
account that has been reviewed with EZ Review. All you need to do is run
your report and simply double click on the account to review/modify/change
the information, and then click ok and to return back to the onscreen
interactive report. The account you had just reviewed can be set up to
automatically be removed from the list, if you choose. No worries about
misplacing the report because the EZ Review is conveniently saved on your
system.
Ok, perhaps now you are wondering, “Would our service really benefit from EZ
Review?” If your service is running reports and going through the tedious
tasks described above, then the clear answer is “yes”! I know that many of
our billing and field data users who have EZ Review have found it an
important module that they use in their daily routine.
I suspect you may now be thinking, “Ok, but this is coming from sales.” Yes,
you are correct; but I’d like to make you aware of the fact that you can
