In a effort to put
together the best development team to meet the
stringent programming objectives for the
Ortivus line of software, Ortivus is excited to
announce the opening of the Minneapolis office.
Located at 880 Blue Gentian Road in Eagan,
Minnesota (a suburb of Minneapolis), this office
location joins the other North American
locations of Decorah, Iowa (USA) and Montreal,
Quebec (Canada).
The Minneapolis area
is a large metropolitan area that affords
Ortivus the number in population needed to hire
the development team desired to meet upcoming
development projections. Because the location of
the Minneapolis area is only a couple hours
north of the Decorah office, it works well as a
satellite location in which face-to-face
meetings can take place fairly easily when
needed.
Rich Steinfeldt and
Boris Star
are the first two new additions to the Ortivus
software development team and are currently
working in the Minneapolis office. The
Minneapolis office is only five to ten minutes
from the Minneapolis Airport, which not only
makes travel easier for employees, but also
offers Ortivus an excellent opportunity for
hosting customers and industry personnel for
events such as affordable educational venues – a
future objective that is already in the
planning stage.
Ortivus is still
interviewing candidates to join Rich and Boris
in the Minneapolis office. Ortivus is very
excited about the opportunities that the new
office and new members of the development team
bring to the company.
