Sweet-Billing offers three levels of
automation for your credit management. The most automated method
includes utilizing the Medicare Remittance Advice Add-On Module, paired
with Batch Credits Add-On Module, which quickly posts thousands of Medicare
dollars in just a few minutes.
The Medicare Remittance Advice file is downloaded by the provider and
then run through a Sweet-Billing Utility, which produces three items:
1. Remittance Report
[looks like the Explanation Of Medicare Benefits(
EOMB)]
2. The Batch Credit
Report (detailing the credits associated with each call)
3. Creates a batch
for posting in the Batch Credits Utility.
The user then visits
the Batch Credits Utility and makes the appropriate changes per call for
the "Next Current Payor" and "Next Current Schedule" using another
automated process, (simply by pressing <CTRL+U>). After reviewing the calls, the user posts
the batch which then places those credits on the appropriate calls-
saving you, the user, time-consuming credit entry hours of your
