Fusion Update ... February 2010

As many of you know, Fusion ePCR is now part of our Ortivus product line. Fusion ePCR is our new electronic field reporting software that will eventually be the replacement product for Sweet-Field Data.

Thank you to our loyal customers for providing feedback, alpha and beta testing and for having patience while this new product rolls out. At this time, Fusion ePCR is slowly being rolled out. Many of you have already signed on to our deployment list. As we work through the new and upgrade customers, our education department will be in touch with you with more details.

The rollout of the product will be done in a manner which maximizes our resources to get as many of you up and running on Fusion ePCR as quickly as possible. We strongly recommend all of our current Sweet-Field Data customers review the hardware specs for Fusion. There are some changes and may require some hardware upgrades. Depending on your call volume and product line, we are recommending a separate server for multiple products. Call your account manager if you have questions or need the updated hardware specs.
