New Information and
Educational Offering
by Cheri Lane
Communication Manager |

Achieving the best customer service has always
been a foundational business objective of both
Sweet and AVeL-TECH companies - now Ortivus.
Ortivus continually searches for concepts and
tactics to further improve upon its
industry-claimed top customer service rankings.
Ortivus views their customers as business
partners - believing that the success of Ortivus
customers will also result in achieving Ortivus
business goals.
In alignment with this belief, Ortivus is
launching Ortivus University, which will
offer new educational and informational services
that go 'above and beyond' respective industry
standards. Ortivus University will replace
SweetSoft University. It will offer a much
broader scope of information for the fire,
police and EMS markets. Ortivus University will
begin unveiling its new offerings with a
Condition Codes webinar in March - an EMS
industry topic that EMS services would normally
seek guidance on from their respective lawyers,
professional organizations and so forth. While
Ortivus does not intend to replace these
institutions, they do hope to facilitate the
information flow by linking the informational
sources to their needed destinations, and
enhancing that experience by offering more
pieces of the puzzle in one communication link.
For example, the Condition Codes webinar offered
in March will not only provide information on
this upcoming regulation, but also provide the
education for how to apply this information in
the billing software. Sweet-billing customers
can obtain needed industry information and at
that same time learn how to apply that
information within their billing software
application; obtaining this information via
video and audio from the comfort of their office
or home.
New product educational courses, such as
advanced product training for 'power users' and
very basic training for entry-level users, will
also be found at Ortivus University. Ortivus
wants to help its customers gain the maximum
benefit from its software, regardless of their
level of experience in the industry or in using
the applications.
Ortivus University will encompass both
virtual learning (web-based) opportunities as
well as physical (on-site) offerings.
Information about the complete Ortivus
University 'syllabus' will be arriving soon via
the Ortivus Website. |
