On-Site Education
Onsite education is available to anyone in need of this type of service. Perhaps you are just purchasing Sweet EMS Billing or Field Data. Or perhaps you have had a change in key personnel and would like someone to come to your service. Onsite training provides extremely effective education, as you have the trainer readily available to ask questions and perhaps show them some process that occurs that is unique to you.
TriTech Emergency Medical Services matches its trainers to the needs of your service, and always educates from the customer’s perspective. The Education team at TriTech Emergency Medical Services includes both in-house Education Representatives and contracted trainers who are customers of ours, using the software on a daily basis just as you do!

Hosted User Group Education
In a Hosted User Group Education, a trainer will come to the host EMS service and go through a comprehensive training, as well as field questions from the participating services. Normally, the program content covers the same material that would be presented in a national user group training and last for a period of two days.
TriTech Emergency Medical Services handles the promotions and payment, and the host site is responsible for the on-site meeting room and amenities. Hosting a TriTech Emergency Medical Services user group training is a very economical way to train the entire billing staff on improved use of the Sweet software. With the cost advantages of more training locations across the country at hosted user sites, both attendees and the host will benefit from lower travel expenses and time. Remote Education
TriTech University is excited to bring you more remote options for learning, including new classes, ranging from the beginning user to the advanced user, as well as educational and informative webinar offerings.
In addition to live online classes, there are many recorded classes, covering very specific topics, which may be the easiest way to get the answers you need. These recorded classes and webinar recordings are available for support contract customers.
