Denial Codes Now Available in Sweet-Billing
Sweet-Billing Version 5.5 has introduced Denial codes that can be used to track reasons for denials and adjustments on payment and/or payment per charge level. Denial code filters have been added to key reports and EZ-Review to facilitate easy analysis and review of adjustments and denials. Another powerful feature of Denial codes is the ability to configure actions on the denial codes. Optional configuration of a denial code allows the setting of a denial code on a payment to change the current payor on a call or to move the call to a payor denial schedule for further review and processing.
Other key features of Sweet-Billing Version 5.5 include:
- Support for Ortivus’ new electronic patient care reporting application – Fusion ePCR
- Enhanced support for Microsoft Windows 7
- Support for Microsoft SQL 2008
Sweet-Billing Version 5.5 was released for download to qualified Sweet-Billing customers on November 17, 2009.
