2006 Ambulance Inflation Factor Published


The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) published the 2006 Ambulance Inflation Factor (AIF) in the Federal Register dated Friday, November 25, 2005.  The 2006 AIF will be 2.5%. This will apply to transports with dates of service between January 1, 2006 and December 31, 2006.  Click here for the full text from the Federal Register.
